Ep 45 - Modern Charlie Brown Specials

It's the holidays so you know what that means, Charlie Brown specials. While most of Chuck's holiday specials are considered classics, let's face it, they are a little dated. Like, a lot dated. So with that in mind the group gets together and comes up with some ideas for new, more modern specials. What happens when the kids grow up and enter middle school... and puberty? What about gay marriage? Health care? Sex? Get with the times Charlie Brown!

Ep 44 - Cross Overs

Remember when Scooby Doo met Batman & Robin? And the Harlem Globetrotters? And John Cena? In the spirit of those great cross over episodes, the group came up with a few cross overs we would like to see. We're getting our peanut butter all mixed up in our chocolate and hopefully producing some epic cross overs of our own. What happens when the Ninja Turtles meet the Power Rangers? When Scooby and the gang meet a real ghost, who are they gonna call?

Ep 43 - The Raw Feed

Have you ever listened to the cold open, the little snippet at the beginning of every episode, and thought "I wonder what led to that conversation?" If so, this week's episode is for you. Instead of a regular, structured episode we're giving you the raw feed, warts and all as it were. So sit back and enjoy a wondering conversation about... whatever.

Ep 42 - Cyrus LIVE

This week Cyrus goes mostly solo as he does a live show on YouTube with a chat room. The problem is without some of the rest of the crew, he runs out of Halloween related topics and begins to answer questions about, well, anything. Eventually Eugene, Ray and even Louis show up to save the day. If you love Cyrus, this is the episode for you!

Ep 41 - 8-bit Modern Horror Movie Games

Do you remember playing the NES versions of Nightmare on Elm St. and Friday the 13th? Whether you liked them or not you have to admit they had very little to do with the actual movies but what did you expect from only being 8-bit? This week we turn modern horror movies into NES "classics." What would Saw look like on the NES and how would it play? Would you have rented the 28 Days Later at Blockbuster? What movies would work best with the Zapper? All this and more as we continue our month long celebration of Halloween.

Ep 40 - Monster Children's Stories

We continue our month long Halloween celebration by giving some classic children's books and fairy tales a little monstrous flare. Think Pride and Prejudice and Zombies but for your kids. What happens if you give a Rancor a Jedi? Could the Little Engine survive a zombie horde? How would Dracula get you to eat green eggs and ham? All of these questions will be answered plus Cy gives many of these future classics a dramatic reading that is one for the history books.

Ep 39 - Personal Ghost Stories

As Lanie would say, "it's the most wonderful time of the year." To kick off our month of Halloween, the group got together and shared our personal ghost stories. While some of us have never had a paranormal experience, others have been through hauntings, a possible exorcism and even a full on poltergeist. Grab your blanket and a flashlight, turn out the lights and let's tell some ghost stories.

NOTE: One of the guest's audio is a little garbled. Even though we tried to correct the issue, we could not get it to clear up. It was not intinial, I promise.

Ep 38 - Fall / Winter Movie Draft 2016

Summer is over which means blockbuster season is also over at the theaters. Just kidding. With movies like Rogue One, Fantastic Beasts and Doctor Strange on the horizon, the fall and winter movie season is going to be just as hot as the summer. So make sure you enter the Fall / Winter Movie Draft ASAP. To help decide which movies to draft, in this week's episode we draft the movies and discuss our thoughts on which ones are worth your time.

Ep 37 - Summer Movie Game Wrap-up

The 2016 summer movie season is over which means the Summer Movie Game has also come to a close. This year was very underwhelming for many movies, like Ben-Hur and The BFG, while others did quite well, like Finding Dory and Captain America. This week we discuss the movies we saw, the movies we wanted to see and a few we wish we hadn't. If you missed getting in on the game back in May, don't worry, the Fall / Winter Movie Draft is just around the corner.
