Things are slightly off at Shalkleford House. There’ s an odd smell in the house, there is dust on the furniture, a dandelion in the yard, and now a stray cat. While that would normally not seem to be an issue they are at the wizard’s home as the pixies are not staying on top of their duties and no one, especially a cat should even be able to approach due to the magical wards. In this sequel to The Wizard’s Butler, we return to catch up Roger Mulligan and his talented household as they try to figure out the mystery in The Wizard’s Cat by Nathan Lowell.
